Lost Lands Music Festival 2017

For Excision’s Lost Lands festival debut, MELT contributed 4K and 8K visual environments for the main-stage volcanoes and the exterior of the festival’s mega-structure.

Working closely with Excision and the wider creative team, the project included an 8K cave environment for the mega-structure, 4K textures and scenes for the projection-mapped volcano base layer, plus alpha overlays, dinosaurs, and lava effects designed to combine into a large-format prehistoric world.
