60 Minutes+ Emmersive Entertainment

Melt cofounders Morgan and Josh helped start Emmersive Entertainment, a company built around volumetric capture, 3D avatars, and Web3-era digital collectibles. The work became part of a highly publicized CBS News and 60 Minutes+ story on NFTs, the metaverse, and the next phase of digital media.

The 60 Minutes+ segment followed Flo Rida as Emmersive turned a performance of "Low" into an NFT, then brought correspondent Laurie Segall into the pipeline to create a 3D avatar of herself.
