  • Visual pacing that follows the music, crowd, lighting, and room

Content and show preparation

  • Tour-ready media systems that can adapt as the show grows

VJ package

VJ Playback + Operating Package

A buyable package for teams that need the content, file organization, playback plan, and live VJ support to arrive as one connected show system.

  • VJ banks, loops, logos, transitions, and show files prepared for the room
  • Playback strategy for LED, projection, media servers, or hybrid stage systems
  • Live operation support for artists, festivals, brand events, venues, and special shows

How it works

From content handoff to show day

1. Show and system review

We review the run of show, set length, creative direction, screen layout, playback system, supplied media, production contacts, and the level of live control the performance needs.

2. Content and playback preparation

Assets are organized, formatted, tested, and built into a practical operating structure. When needed, MELT creates additional loops, logos, transitions, looks, and cue-specific moments.

3. Technical coordination and operation

We coordinate with the producer, artist team, lighting department, video team, LED provider, projection vendor, or media-server operator, then run the visuals live in response to the music and room.

What to send

For the fastest scope and availability check, send the event date and location, artist or event format, expected set length, screen or projection specifications, existing visual assets, playback requirements, rehearsal schedule, travel needs, and the relevant production contacts. Partial information is fine; MELT can help identify what is still needed.
